In what may be one of the largest gatherings of supporters for a politician, the ‘God, Guns and Trump’ rally that took place in Texas yesterday drew thousands of attendees from all over the state. Many Trump supporters carried signs that proclaimed their unwavering support for the former President while others wore hats and shirts adorned with the familiar ‘Make America Great Again’ slogan.
Pro-Trump Rhetoric
The speakers at the rally included Republican lawmakers and conservative pundits who preached pro-Trump rhetoric to the large crowd. One of the speakers, conservative talk show host Sean Hannity, praised Trump for his leadership, his stand on conservative values, and for taking on the liberal media.
Trump himself made an appearance at the rally to thunderous applause from the crowd. He thanked his supporters and urged them to continue the fight against what he called the ‘corrupt and biased’ mainstream media.
God and Guns
